Today we had the pleasure of a cute, personal hair stylist at MCT.

Our first Social Skills group session was a blast last night! We worked on initiating conversations, turn taking, encouraging others, patience, sequencing, and planning all through play! My Child’s Therapy is a pediatric outpatient setting offering diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventative speech-language, physical, and occupational therapy services to pediatric clients throughout Bucks County and the surrounding area. We are looking for part-time and per-diem speech language pathologists to evaluate and treat clients from our Feasterville office location. Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be a skilled and licensed professional passionate and excited... about providing integrated and collaborative services for children through meaningful, playful, and individualized treatment activities to improve activities of daily living. Qualified candidates will evaluate the unique needs of each child and create and implement customized treatment plans based on the identified needs. We provide assessment and treatment materials for therapists and allow therapists to request additional equipment/materials. We are looking for someone with evening availability with options for a standing or flexible schedule based on availability.

My Child’s Therapy has reopened during our state's Yellow Phase. Within these guidelines we are continuing telehealth when appropriate, cleaning/disinfecting materials after each use, disinfecting high-touch areas frequently, as well as continuously following CDC recommendations. Some of the things that you can expect when returning to My Child’s Therapy: Our waiting room is used only to transfer children to their treating therapist; unless family’s presence is needed fo...r any reason they remain out of the facility other than transitions. Health screening forms will be completed at each visit to ensure the safety of anyone entering the facility. All adults must wear masks while in the facility, however families can permit treating therapist to remove mask while contained in a treatment room. Please bear with us while we work to reestablish schedules that meet everyone’s needs. There have been changes in scheduling for many families and we are doing everything we can to establish a consistent path. We are beyond excited to get back in the office and continue to make progress with our kids who have been working hard, and assist the caregivers who bravely became therapists and teachers overnight.
