CHAIR YOGA Tired of the weather...the pandemic...feeling stressed? Come join us online!... WHEN: Wednesday, February 23, 2022 10:30 a. m. WHERE: On Zoom ( a Zoom invitation will be sent a day or two before the program.) No experience or knowledge of yoga is required. EQUIPMENT NEEDED: An armless straight back chair. (no cushion on back if possible) Comfortable clothing Optional: Yoga mat if you have one and wish to use it for the closing meditation. Activity Chairperson, Betty Stubblebine's daughter, Linda DiGuiseppe, RN and certified Yoga instructor, will lead us in a gentle and fun 45-60 minute class.

FINALLY IN PERSON! You are cordially invited to attend our club’s first In Person outdoor Luncheon since the lockdown over a year ago. We’ve just received approval today, from Newtown Square Township, for a permit to hold our luncheon in the large, covered, outdoor pavilion picnic area of the park. For those of you who have never been to the park, you are in for a real treat. It’s the largest public open space area on West Chester Pike. Some of the park’s features include... an amphitheater, gazebo, historic train museum, two ponds with fountains, and walking trails. The pavilion holds up to 200 people, so we’ll have plenty of space to adhere to all Covid rules. Lunch will be catered by Wegmans Food Market and includes individually wrapped sandwiches, separate bags of pretzels and chips, bottled water, and wrapped cookies. And our Program consists of the installation of the new Executive Board. We’ve waited a long time to see each other again. And the time is now safe for us to get together. Join the excitement of seeing everyone again and sharing in the friendship, laughter and camaraderie that the club is known for.
