O’Halley’s Comet, our 5.25% jet black Dry Irish Stout, will be available on draft and in four packs when we open at 5pm today. Subtle notes of coffee and chocolate linger on the smooth dark malts with a pleasant dry finish. It’s tasting great and looking great in its new can wrapper. Bellatrix, 7.2% hazy IPA hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Vic Secret, is now available in 4-packs and growler fills. Visit our online web store or stop into the taproom! Bellatrix lies just above Betelgeuse in the night sky, marking the left shoulder of Orion. To match it’s celestial position, we slightly tweaked the Betelgeuse grain bill and increased the ABV. Next we added a solid dose of Vic Secret in the dry hop to add some Southern Hemisphere exotic flare. This... is a bright juicy IPA with a smooth mouthfeel.
