Congratulations Landon and Bentley on your performance the past weekend at the PA USA Freestyle/Greco Wrestling State Championships. Bentley placed 4th in Greco and 6th in Freestyle. Landon placed 1st NOT GIVING UP A SINGLE POINT! He technical fall’d every opponent, out scoring them 42-0 through the tournament. With eyes on Freestyle and Greco States this weekend, tonight’s wrestling practice will be 6:00-7:00pm based mostly on live wrestling with a little finishing touches on technique. Get in competition mindset, Wear singlets!

I am so proud of these kids... 100% hit personal records again today on weighted pull-ups! My timing on pics wasnt there greatest (I’m not here to be a photographer ) Nate Fleck led the way with a 110lb pull-up, Ian Phillips (100) and Marcus Gable (105) also broke into the 100lb club! We’ve got a 75lb kid hitting over half his body weight added on all the way up to our 240lb heavyweight knocking out weighted pull-ups. #benextlevel #strengthandconditioning #pullups #GunShow
