The NMBA board invited Brad Fey and Adam Teel to share Adam's Eagle Scout project to replace the bridge at the end of No Name Trail located in the Coopers Gap area in spring of 2021. Adam has an excellent plan to execute this ambitious project. The NMBA board voted and approved to contribute $500 to Adam's project. Adam is continuing to raise funds to purchase the materials to build the bridge. If you would like to contribute to Adam's project, you can donate on Adam's GoFundMe site: https://gf.me/u/zanq7j

The Centre County YMCA and Calvary Church will be hosting a community food distribution event on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 from 1:30 5:00 pm. If you plan to enjoy the goodness of the Harvest Fields Community Trails please remember to park at the trailhead/barn and avoid using the upper paved parking lot next to Calvary Church.
Saw this on another PA Outdoor site and thought I would share here.
"What we created in a unique mountain biking, outdoor recreation venue in our area is something that we hope is a blessing and asset to the community for many, many years to come.
The Harvest Fields Community Trails are now open for business! We encourage all of you to get out there and enjoy our incredible new community cycling resource!! When you visit: 1) Please park at the barn, not in the main church parking lot. To find the parking area, follow Discovery Drive to the end, make a right, then make an immediate left into the gravel parking area. 2) Make sure to read all the signage! The trails are directional, so please read all the information - it...s there for your safety. 3) Tell us what you think - there is more to come on this project, and your feedback could inform our future development. Thanks for being an NMBA member!! This project would not have been possible without your support. Scott Sheeder, NMBA Board Member, NMBA Past President
