Another Microsoft product hits its End of Life this week. Office 2010 will no longer be supported by Microsoft after October 13th, 2020. What does this mean for you? ... Well, if you use Office 365 for an email provider, you will no longer be able to connect using Outlook 2010 and get your email. You will have to upgrade to a newer version of Office in order to do that. Also, if somebody finds a way to hack Office 2010, Microsoft will not fix that hole anymore. They will suggest upgrading. Call our office NOW to get this fixed and make sure that you are secure with your network.

Have you ever deleted an email in Office 365 that you thought "ehh, I'll never need that again" and then you do 2 months down the road and it is just gone? We can help with that. As of October 13, 2020, Office 2010 will no longer be supported by Microsoft. This means it will NOT work with Office 365 anymore. There is an ongoing problem with Microsoft Outlook that causes it to crash a few moments after opening. We are aware of this and have a fix until Microsoft patches the issue. Please give us a ring if you need the fix in the meantime. Thank you!

Getting a lot of Outlook password prompts? You're not alone. Microsoft introduced an update to it's 365 system that is causing repeated password prompts. Hitting Cancel will typically allow you to reconnect successfully for a time. Microsoft is actively working on a fix, but it may be a few days. Hopefully things are back to normal by Monday.

If you have used Zoom in the past couple of weeks, you should change your password on Zoom and change that password if you use it anywhere else. It appears Zoom was hacked and over 500,000 accounts were compromised. https://www.bleepingcomputer.com//over-500-000-zoom-accou/
