Weather looks fantastic for tomorrow evening's Annual Meeting; please plan to join Esquire Association Management and the HOA Board at Manor View Park!!!

REMINDER - As we anticipate a beautiful day today (April 20th), you may see representatives from EAM and the HOA around the community as they conduct a walk through and spring inspection of common areas and homes.

Notice to Homeowners: Our HOA Management Company - EAM - will be conducting Spring Inspection walk throughs (front and back of properties) on Tuesday, April 20th, with a rain date of Friday, April 23rd. Signs will be posted on mailboxes this week as a reminder. Additionally, our contracted lawn care company (Vet Pro Lawn Care) will be out in the community this week beginning spring clean-up of common areas and spot mowing high-grass. Please remove any debris or items from your yards that may impede lawn mowers. We will advise of the weekly lawn mowing schedule once it is set.

In light of many communities successfully holding yard sales last fall (requesting masks be worn), and the interest of several homeowners, the Board would like to gauge full homeowner interest in holding this year's sale on Saturday, May 22nd. The Board is undergoing this initiative to understand any concerns homeowners may have of sizeable pedestrian traffic in our neighborhood at this time. As always, homeowners can host their own sales in accordance with Manor Township or...dinances. The Board plans to act in accordance with the homeowners' vote, and will advertise the sale in accordance with past sales if it is determined to hold the yard sale.
