Karen recently completed her 200 RYT certification with The Yoga Loft. Karen is excited to share her love for Somatic yoga. The gentle practice of Somatic Yoga can alleviate stiffness, sore muscles, and chronic pain, while helping you feel more comfortable in your own body. Through safe repetitive movement, somatic practices retrain your ...mind and body to achieve a release of chronic pain, recover ease of movement, and develop a greater sense of awareness of specific parts of your body.
