The Bulgarian split squat is a great lower body exercise to build unilateral leg strength, and since it strengthens one side while stretching the hip flexors on the other, it's a smart choice for people who sit a lot during the day. Keep most of your weight in the middle to heel of the foot on the floor and focus on squeezing that side of your glutes as you come up. #omnistrong

Check out our battle rope upgrade! I admit I was skeptical of the hype but the inertia wave gives one of the best core workouts I've ever done. Some of the moves are so small they LOOK easy, but they are not! Phew! It's a killer core, balance, and stabilization workout! Come try it out! Right now, we're focused on personal, duo, and family training. #omnistrong

This client canceled her first session this week as she felt her lower back needed to rest. Today she came in and we focused on restorative stretches and gentle strengthening exercises for the back.
