Oppenheimer Playground

ALL GOOD THINGS MUST COME TO AN END.......Today, August 15th, will be our last day for the season at the Sunbury Community Pool AND Oppenheimer Playground. Given our situation, I feel it was a total success. We had wonderful people and businesses step to the front and pay it forward for our community by sponsoring admission and food items at the pool! I am extremely grateful and overwhelmed with that support enlight of the situation Covid put us in! I hope to see you next year in a better situation! Stay safe and be well!! **ANNOUNCEMENT** The Oppenheimer Playground will be CLOSING for the season August 15. It has been an unusual season but we tried to make the best of it. We are looking forward to getting back to our normal season in 2021!!

UPDATE.....At this point we do have the water fixed but our pressure is low. We do apologize and are trying to correct the problem! Thank you for your patience!

**URGENT** At this time we are experiencing electrical issues with our water features at the Oppenheimer Playground. We are currently trying to fix the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience at this time. Currently we have no water features on but the playground is open with NO water features.

REMINDER HOURS WED-FRI 12-7 (water off at 6:30) SAT-SUN 12-5 (water off at 4:30)

ANNOUNCEMENT: The Oppenheimer Playground will officially open on Saturday July 11 at 12:00. The hours of operation will be: Wednesday - Friday 12:00-7:00 (Water off at 6:30) Saturday - Sunday 12:00-5:00... (Water off at 4:30) There will be no access to the activity room or block room this summer. We are encouraging the public to follow strict CDC guidelines (mask when moving around and social distancing). Please DO NOT move tables as they are spaced accordingly. We will have staff on duty to monitor and interact. Please use good sense and follow the guidelines.
