The past few days many are posting that if you file Form 8944, you can stop or get your Federal refund that was intercepted as a "hardship." This form is used by tax professionals in some cases when they are unable to e-file their client's returns. THIS FORM WILL NOT HELP YOU. Please, put this rumor to rest.
