A few reminders for tomorrow's event: -If you are still interested in participating in the race but haven't registered, race day registration will be available starting at 7:00am. -There will be a 50/50, an auction, and great raffle prizes available! Plan to bring money if you want a chance to win.... Janet Schaefer will be leading a short Yoga warm-up starting at 8:15am at the field. Janet has been practicing yoga since 1998 and teaching since 2006. After completing the Self Transformation Program at the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA, Janet continued her study of yoga through teacher training, receiving her certification from the Yoga Center of Columbia, in Columbia, Maryland. She is registered with Yoga Alliance and holds certificates of completion from Duke Integrative Medicine in Therapeutic Yoga for Seniors and Yoga of Awareness for Cancer. Stick around after the race for a cool down too! Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow morning!
