Starting today and running through the weekend, our take on the monte christo. Thick brioche, stuffed with scrapple and cooper sharp cheese. Cause you know, bad things happen in Philadelphia!

We are currently hiring line cooks at Pearl's Oyster Bar located inside Reading Terminal Market. We are primarily a breakfast and lunch restaurant so you must have morning and weekend availability. 2 years cooking experience with experience in heavy volume restaurants would be preferred.
