Hanging out this morning and figured id share a useful peice of information right on the cooler box that comes with every single transmission of ours and is also in the instruction packet! You have to service and take care of a transmission JUST like an engine! It requires cooling and a timely fluid and FILTER change we recommend annually! I found this to be pretty accurate and remember there is no such thing as too cool my personal trans runs at 140.

Annoucement This is just one example of a unit sent in via UPS for a restore and shipped to us from the customer. Unfortunately this past year we have had several like this poorly packed and it is blatant disregard to Us and UPS. When they are this poorly packed we often get a phone call and out of the goodness of customer service get in our personal vehicles and drive an hour to the terminal to receive and bring it to the shop because ups will not deliver them this way w...hich is understandable. That being said, us going out of our way in the future ends today. We often give verbal instructions over the phone on how to properly pack the transmission and we have black and white instructions available on the website at anyones disposal any time. There is no excuse for this and from now on effective 11/06/2021 if UPS or any other carrier stops your unit because of poor packing or leaking oil then it is 100% your responsibility to handle it and get it to us even if your across the country.
