Who needs PPE? As part of the Alliance of Montgomery County Chambers of Commerce, we are distributing PPE kits to area businesses through a partnership with Montgomery County. Today we received 100 kits to distribute to PV Chamber member small-businesses ( 50 or fewer employees). The kits are FREE! Please contact the Chamber office to reserve your kit(s) 610-489-6660 or email [email protected]. Each kit includes: (1) thermal thermometer... (5) reusable face masks (5) face shields (5) bottles hand sanitizer (5) containers of disinfectant wipes (1) #MaskUpMontco Window Cling (1) #MaskUpMontco Floor Sticker and important literature including CDC COVID-19 Fact Sheet, Safety Procedure Guidelines for Businesses, and more. Special THANKS to David Zellers, Montgomery County, PA Commerce Department, and Office of Public Health for this partnership opportunity. As an agent for the County we are required to record the name of the recipient as well as the number of kits provided. We understand that you may belong to multiple chambers and if that is the case, please only accept kits from one organization. Their mission is to honor those Veterans who have served our country and who have died later in life from service related injuries, illnesses or disease. This monument is dedicated to those whose selflessness is not forgotten and provides closure to the families of these heroes. We also recognize the service of first responders, police and firefighters, who likewise have died while protecting our communiti...es. The Spring-Ford Veterans Memorial Committee is asking family and friends of Veterans from Spring City Veterans Home, who have passed away during the pandemic to contact us, since their lives and accomplishments may not have been formally recognized due to current restrictions.
