The production will be performed at Villanova University as part of their on campus Leadership Summit. Attendees will include currently faculty/staff, students, as well as guests attending the Summit. Character BIOS: [DR. [SHELLY] [GENDER: FEMALE] [ETHNICITIES: CAUCASIAN ] [AGE: 40s] Works an administrative job at a university and is Christine's co-worker. She believes that diversity and inclusion are not a real priority. [WOMAN] [GENDER: FEMALE] [ETHNICITIES: CAUCASIAN] [AGE: 40s] Parent dropping off her son at college for orientation. (SAME ACTOR PLAYING CHRISTINE WOULD PLAY WOMAN [MR. DANIELS] [GENDER: MALE] [ETHNICITIES: CAUCASIAN] [AGE: 40s] Shelly's boss; he abuses his power, authority [CORY] [GENDER: MALE] [ETHNICITIES: AFRICAN AMERICAN] [AGE: 20s] A former intern who was hired straight out of college to work at a corporation. He has to navigate his new workplace and deal with the perceptions of his co-workers. [CALDWELL] [GENDER: MALE] [ETHNICITIES: CAUCASIAN] [AGE: 50s] Cory's supervisor at the corporation, he gives Cory a hard time and does not value him as an employee.
