Who loves cookie dough?! . . And an edible, healthy version that’s no bake?! .... . I used the recipe from @mealswithmaggie to make your own edible, freezable, delicious cookie dough! . . . 1 cup oat flour (blend 1c oats in food processor into a powder) 1 cup protein powder of choice (I used @drinkorgain chocolate) 1 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted 1/4 cup chocolate chips 1/2 tsp vanilla extract . . . Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips together until blended. Add chocolate chips and stir to mix. . . Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper, dump cookie dough on parchment paper and press down to spread across pan. Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips if desired. . . place into fridge to harden up for about 30 mins. Take the dough out of the pan, laying on a flat surface and use a pizza cutter or knife to cut into squares. . . Throw the pieces back into a ziploc or storage container. If you’ve never tried spaghetti squash, this is the way to try it!! Roast it with some delicious meat sauce on top and you’re sure to love it. Check out the steps below . . . For the spaghetti squash: ... Preheat oven to 400 degrees Stab the squash with a fork or knife all around to poke holes in the flesh. microwave for about 5 mins..it will be hot, use oven mitts to remove it slice the stem off the squash, then slice in the half lengthwise scoop out the seeds with a spoon brush with olive oil and sprinkle with your favourite seasonings (I used s&p, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning) Place squash side down on a lined cookie sheet and bake for 1 hr . . while that’s cooking, set your pressure cooker on the sauté setting. add 1/2 onion chopped and drizzle olive oil to sauté add 1lb ground beef (I used wagyu) add 2lbs ground sausage (I used hot Italian) mix to combine until cooked through and cancel the sauté function add 1 cup (1/2 jar) of tomato sauce and 1 can diced tomatoes Cover and cook for 35 minutes. Once everything is done, plate it up and devour! . . . For a crockpot version, make the squash as directed. Sauté the onion and meat in a pan, throw in the crockpot.
