Project Read 31.01.2021

Today is National Girl Scout Day. On this day in 1912, Juliette Gordon Low held the first Girl Scout troop meeting. Today, there are over 2.7 million girls, women, troop leaders and volunteers that participate in the Girl Scout organization. I would like to thank Girl Scouts for giving me the opportunity to create Project Read. I would not have created the library without support from the Girl Scouts. I am thankful that I had the opportunity to do this for my community. I will never forget doing my Gold Award. Thank you Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania!

Hi! I want to announce that we have our 1st Ornament Making Event at Project Read! You can make a $1 ornament or mobile to hang around the house. It will be Saturday, December 17th, 2016 from 11:30 am- 2:30 pm. You must RSVP by messaging the page or emailing us at [email protected]. Some younger kids may need adult help, we will have volunteers to assist, but a parent may want to be present.
