Smaller than a quarter of beef, it is a great option if you think a quarter might be little too big for your freezer or budget. With the Farmer's Share, you recieve an assortment of steaks, roasts, stew meat and ground, for a total of about 75 lbs of beef total! Comment or PM me for more details and to place your order. We are now taking beef orders for this year! We have quarters, halves, and wholes available for purchase throughout the upcoming months. If you are new to ordering freezer beef, we will help to make the process as simple as possible! We are happy to answer any questions you have.

Tallow rendered! It took about 10 hours(it was a lot of fat) but I am so excited with how it turned out! Tallow can be used not only for cooking, but for skincare and soapmaking too!
