A member of our #Float Fam, who works at Doylestown Hospital as an ICU nurse, Shumi Mazzacano, is featured in the documentary "American Nurse Heroes" on the Discovery channel. We have so many local nurses as part of our #Float Fam, that we are super excited to see that one (wish it could be all of them) is being featured in this program! The documentary aired Thursday on Discovery Life Channel. If you missed it, it will air again at 12 a.m. The program will also air at 10 a....m. Saturday on Destination America, 11 a.m. on the American Heroes Channel and 12 p.m. on NBC 10 Philadelphia. The documentary is a project of the American Nurses Association, Al Roker Entertainment and HealthCom Media to celebrate the work of nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic. There are more than 4.2 million nurses working in the United States, making it the largest group of healthcare professionals in the country. They've worked tirelessly throughout this pandemic, and we can't show enough gratitude for their hard work and dedication.
