CAR CRUISE ALERT.... JULY 11TH 2021 10AM TO 6PM. Chinese auction held at car cruise anyone wishing to donate a basket or a monetary donation please contact the page or call Beverly Marvin at 814 671 2286 or Brittany Marvin at 814 671 0443. We will take stuff up until 9am the day of cruise.
All those interested in helping at the car cruise please plan to be at the social hall this thursday june 24th at 7pm for a meeting.
Pro sounds by EJ the DJ will be at our July 11th car cruise from 10am till 6pm!

At this time the meeting about the car cruise is canceled for tonight. It will be rescheduled next week
This Saturday we are meeting at reno Station at 145pm to do a birthday drive. This young lady will be turning 100 years old. We would love to have as many people to join us. So we are welcoming any and all to join us!

So with COVID-19 spiking again we have decided to do the following... Saturday October 31st at 5pm we will be doing a to go kids treats before trick or treating. We will have packaged hot dogs with cheese balls candy and cookies and a few other goodies then 6 to 8 will be trick or treat. We will have a flyer posted with in the next few days on here and in reno at the post office.
Those who will be helping with and planning the Reno kids Halloween party tomorrow night October 22nd 6pm social hall there will be a small meeting to help organize and plan the party. As of rn we know the party weather permitting will be at the playground 4pm. We will also be feeding the kids so when the siren blows they can go out and trick or treat. So please try to attend the meeting so we can finalize more and make some decisions
Shout out to all who brought trucks or came to see us this past week. Thank you to True Value for donating smoke alarms and also to Rural king for their donations of fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. Thank you to the departments who came out! Remember 2 ways out and check ur smoke alarms
Come down to rural king today 10am till noon we will be there with fire trucks and goodies!!!
Come out tonight to the Cranberry mall and check out all the fire trucks and meet your local volunteers! Reno will be there with goodies for the kids and also cookies. Come meet us and check out our trucks! Hope to see a bunch or reno kids and kids from Valley Grove school as we were unable to come see you all this year we miss you and hope your staying fire safe orioles!! Members if you plan on riding out on the trucks please be at the hall 530. Also please message the page or get in contact with Brittany if you plan on coming so we have a count.
What a busy day we have at here at reno. Our dedicated volunteers responded to an early med call then we had the fire prevention display at True value. While at True Value for only a few minutes our engine responded to a fire alarm and then shortly returned after being canceled then pulled out shortly after for another fire alarm. After that we all stayed till 7 got everything back in service to be dispatched out again for another call. We have some dedicated members. Friday night we will be at the mall from 6pm to 9pm. Come out and see us!
Just a reminder we will be at True Value tonight from 5 to 7. Come out check out the trucks and meet your local firefighters!! And make sure to stop by Reno's trucks for cookies hot chocolate and coffee!!! Also members if you haven't already get ahold Brittany please message the page if you plan on riding down. In honor of fallen fire fighters day 10/4/2020
I just want to say thank you all so much for coming to the dinner today and supporting your local department. To the help, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the hard work and dedication you all put into our dinners. To those who made desserts, thank you for your willingness to bake and give alittle back to the community. We look forward to seeing you all at our November 1st dinner, when we will be serving braised steak. Also we will be making homemade ham and potatoe soup to sell!
This Sunday October 4th at the Reno Social Hall located 7th street and Oak street will be our monthly dinner. From 11:30-1:30 or sold out we will be serving Stu...ffed Chicken Breast, Mashed potatoes, Gravey, Corn, Homemade Rolls, Homemade Coleslaw, and Homemade Dessert. Prices... Sr. Citizen $9.00. Adult $10.00. Child $5.00. This will be carryout only with limited inside seating. We are still following CDC guidelines, we as a department will all be in masks and gloves preparing and serving your food. Hope to see you all there! See more
