How we advertise: Besides advertising on our Facebook page we also send letters out in the mail. How this process works is that any time a mortgage company starts proceedings against you in court in the form of a sheriff sale, ejectment or writ of possesion, it becomes public record. We look into these public records and send out letters to inform you the process has started. We do this immediately because even though it is public record that we can see, a lot of the times p...eople do not know the mortgage company has started these proceedings until weeks later when they are served by a sheriff. We also do this because frequently people are renting these properties and have no idea that the property has been foreclosed upon or sold at sheriff sale. Tenants have rights too! By us keeping track of this public record system we are able to get a letter to you, to let you know you are not alone and that we are here to help you either try to save your property or remain in the property as long as possible. We realize that the last decade has not been easy on the middle class and home owners, and we want to help you. We do not charge hourly like most attorneys, we charge a one time low attorney fee, and can offer payment plans to make it more financially affordable. Attorney Richard Weinstein has been helping people in these situations for over 20 years, please call our office, we can provide you with an in office free consultation or a free consultation over the phone. CALL US at (610) 896-3700, ANYTIME AT (610) 220-5910 or use our e-mail at [email protected]. http://www.safehavenpa.com/

THERE IS ALSO ANOTHER WAY TO STOP ANY FORECLOSURE - YOU CAN FILE A CHAPTER 13 BANKRUPTCY, WHICH if you qualify IMMEDIATELY STOPS ANY SHERIFF’S SALE OF YOUR HOME: ARE YOU FACING A LOCAL SHERIFF’S SALE? YOU CAN in most cases PUT AN IMMEDIATE STOP TO ANY FORECLOSURE SALE OF YOUR HOME AND REPAY YOUR MISSED PAYMENTS THROUGH A GUARANTEED 60 MONTH CATCH UP PLAN BASED ON A BANKRUPTCY FILING. AN INDIVIDUAL OR MARRIED COUPLE WITH REGULAR INCOME MAY TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF THIS BANKRUP...TCY PROGRAM TO QUICKLY REMOVE A RESIDENCE FROM ANY SHERIFF’S SALE LIST, RESUME YOUR LOAN OBLIGATION BEGINNING WITH YOUR NEXT REGULARLY DUE MORTGAGE PAYMENT WHICH MUST BE ACCEPTED BY YOUR LENDER, AND THEREAFTER PARTICIPATE IN A FIVE YEAR CHAPTER 13 PLAN OF MONTHLY PAYMENTS TO REDUCE THE MORTGAGE ARREARS, WHICH ADDITIONALLY LIMITS YOUR MORTGAGE COMPANY FOR THAT PERIOD. CONTACT US at (610) 896-3700 or (610) 220-5910 after regular business hours, day or night, seven days a week; or email to [email protected]. http://www.safehavenpa.com/

4 Myths About Bankrupcy Personal bankruptcy has a reputation based on a few tidbits of truth and lots of false information. It's not nearly as frightening once you know the facts. 1. Everyone will know I've filed for bankruptcy 2. I'll lose everything I have... 3. I'll never get credit again 4. Only deadbeats file for bankruptcy 1. Everyone will know I've filed for bankruptcy Unless you're a prominent person or a major corporation and the filing is picked up by the media, the chances are very good that the only people who will know about a filing are your creditors. While it's true that bankruptcy is a public legal proceeding, the number of people filing is so massive that very few publications have the space, the manpower or the inclination to run all of them. 2. I'll lose everything I have Every state has exemptions that protect certain kinds of assets, such as your house, your car (up to a certain value), money in qualified retirement plans, household goods and clothing. For most people, they'll pass through a bankruptcy case and you will keep everything you have. 3. I'll never get credit again Quite the contrary. It won't be long before you're getting credit card offers again. Also, if you need an automobile, you will be able to get credit. However, if you're planning to buy a car, you might want to do that before you file. Also, if you have a credit card with a zero balance on the day you file for bankruptcy, you don't have to list it as a creditor since you don't owe any money on it. That means you might be able to keep that card even after the bankruptcy. 4. Only deadbeats file for bankruptcy Most people file for bankruptcy after a life-changing experience, such as the loss of a job, a divorce, or a serious illness. They've struggled to pay their bills for months and just keep falling further behind. We are a debt relief agency; we help people through bankruptcy relief under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code http://www.safehavenpa.com/
