PSA: Credit Karma scores are not universal. A mortgage pull or a car pull on your credit will provide different results. Why? There are different algorithms used to calculate your credit score depending on the purpose. If your goal is to make sure credit is in the right place for a purchase or refinance there is really on one way to be sure.

The response from Covid-19 has been that there is a mad rush for families to get into their houses before the start of the school year. Value are on the rise due to a incredibly competitive climate. Great time to refinance to eliminate debt and/or shorten the terms and avoid all of the interest of a 30yr fixed. Also, A lot of people have removed pmi only after just a few years as part of the process. Values are up pretty much across the board in Delco/Chesco areas.

Currently I take phone application the great majority of the time. My logic is it’s a meaningful 20mins, where clients are educated, any possible issue gets ironed out and it’s opportunity to proactively engage on what to expect/get some helpful hints.. My question is if given the option what would you choose a phone application or an online application? Why?
