This kitchen remodel was extensive. It started as a living room so we needed to do new plumbing, electrical and heating changes. We framed new openings into the kitchen and also framed down the ceiling to accommodate new lighting. The sea foam colored tile back splash accents nicely against the white maple cabinetry. Black and white granite countertops complete the look.

1840's colonial house owned by the Demshocks. Extensive kitchen remodel with lots of unique details throughout including the sink base made from wall studs taken from a partition wall that was removed during renovation. Cabinet color is Sherwin Williams Downing Stone applied to custom maple cabinetry. A mix of countertop materials were used with the main counter being solid cherry with several coats of Waterlox finish and a soapstone island counter. The old pine floors didn't work with the new cabinetry layout, so a tumbled brick floor took its place adding to the overall colonial charm of the house. A few of the wide plank floor boards were used to make a dining table and the chairs were an antique store find.
