It’s been a tough year!! Aside from operating during a pandemic it’s been such a long, cold winter We’re so happy to see normalcy return and most of all, your smiling faces!! Our Indigo Girls deserve a fun summer so we’ve decided to limit our summer hours by operating by appointment only If you do not have an appointment, please call us prior to stopping in. ... We may be able to fufill some last minute service requests, but encourage you to book appointments ahead of time. Our availability may be limited however- our booking system also allows you to be added to our virtual waitlist which will automatically assign you an appointment if we have a cancellation. We kindly as for all of our guests to keep in mind that we are reserving our time especially for you. This month, we have seen a rise in last minute cancellations and no call no shows. To protect our stylists time & income, all color services will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied to your service at the time of your appointment. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment time. No call no shows may be subject to cost of full service due as we will not have the opportunity to fill the spot without a proper notice.
