Pray for revival amongst the small parishes in Texas he serves. Pray that Trent would be able to return to Gambella, Ethiopia, to help theology students complete their educations. Pray for protection and health of churches in that region.

This has been a strange year for all of us - difficult or tragic for many. As we close-out 2020, SAMS is sharing stories in November and December of Christ's light spread through neighborly love. Today we remember in prayer Christians who are persecuted for their faith. We pray for missionaries and their partners in ministry who face risks sharing the Gospel in word and deed. O God, you desire that all people be saved and come to knowledge of the truth: Prosper all those who live, preach, and teach the Gospel at home and in distant lands; protect them in all perils, support them in their loneliness, sustain them in the hour of trial; give them your abundant grace to ...bear faithful witness; and endue them with burning zeal and love, that they may turn many to righteousness; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Our Society will be joining New Wineskins in this time of prayer for the persecuted church on All Saints Day. Some of our Missionaries are in places where Christians face risk sharing the Gospel and practicing their faith. We hope you can join us Sunday night.
