Due to the rise in Covid cases I will be having classes online for the next 2 weeks. The dates are Jan 4, 6, 11 and 13th. I will be back live in the gym on Jan18th. You can Venmo me or pay me in person once we are back to live classes. The link for all 4 classes is meet.google.com/hqr-otto-aor The Friday Happy Hour link is the same that it has been.

There are a few spots available for tonight's yoga shred class. Yoga Shred is an infusion of yoga postures and HIIT. Yoga shred is a great way to burn and boost your metabolism. Also you will keep burning calories for up to 12 hours after class. Just 15 min of shred is like working out for 2 hours. Shred is great for everyone, you work at your on pace and there are modifications if you need. What have you got to lose but fat? Message me if you'd like to try it! Namaste
