I love real estate...even with the new guidelines we must adhere to, I still love being a real estate agent and helping people realize their housing dreams. In February of this year, 2020, I have been in real estate for 50 years. It doesn't seem like 50 years, it has gone by so quickly. Still loving meeting people, learning about what their real estate needs are and trying to help them. Right now properties are selling very quickly (if priced correctly) and it is quite bu...sy. Buyers love the rural attitude of Potter and Tioga Counties and the beauty of our area. I had the area described to me today as a wonderful playground, and it truly is. Pine Creek which provides for fishing, kayaking, rafting, canoeing, swimming and wading. Tioga and Susquehannock State Forest, as well as Pennsyvlania State Game Lands which provide snowmobiling, 4 wheeling, hiking, camping, hunting, and just being able to ride through and appreciate the wonderful beauty of this area. We can't forget the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon and the Rails to Trails. We also have Cherry Springs State Park which provides "the Dark Skys program". I hope everyone comes to visit our fabulous area. Potter County is called "God's Country" and the name is so suited to the area and Tioga County is as beautiful as any area I've ever been in and we can't forget the Jewel of Tioga County, Wellsboro a beautiful small town with it's green and the Wynken, Blinken and Nod Fountain; Rails to Trails which is wonderful; and of course the Grand Canyon. Come visit, you'll leave thinking it is as beautiful and wonderful as I've said! See more

Every once in a while a Realtor needs a day off. This is mine and I feel very deserving of this day. I have sent information on properties to several individuals today and have an appointment this afternoon but today is my rejuvenation day!
