Look at my gorgeous honey @essentially_aubrey and her giant home wall art!! This photoshoot was so much fun! We had fun playing with roses and milk in her bathtub and honestly tapped into a magical place artistically speaking! It was sooooooo much fun! Babes wall art is where it’s at! You won’t be looking at usb drives in 15 years. You’ll be looking at the art on your walls! I promise, it’s worth taking the time to invest in wall art for your home!!

So many women whom I work with believe that when they finally achieve a certain mile stone, weight class, or goal, THEN worthiness, love, acceptance can be theirs. But my love...this is a lie. You are WORTHY NOW. IT’S YOURS NOW. YOU JUST HAVE TO START TO BELIEVE. just start.

IT’S OK TO BE A WHOLE LOT OF A WOMAN. An empowered woman knows her worth and her value. An empowered woman knows and understands what she brings to the table. An empowered woman recognizes the magic she brings to this world. An empowered woman sees and values her own magic and recognizes the value she brings to other people’s table. She sees the queen in other women because she sees the queen in herself. An empowered woman expects kindness, and commands respect. It’s okay to be a whole lot of a woman. It’s okay to expect a lot. It’s okay to expect and to know that you deserve better. It’s okay to demand a higher quality of life, friends, relationships, income and experience. It’s okay that some may be intimidated. It’s okay to not be liked. It’s OK. it’s OkY to be a WHOLE LOT OF WOMAN. IN FACT...I ENCOURAGE IT.

Today inside of BABE CAVE I opened up a somewhat healing self love conversation with the queens!! I spilled the tea on parts of my soul I am desiring to finally accept and love about myself. I’m excited today to participate in this conversation with all of my queens! I’m also super pumped to begin having deeper self-love conversations just like this on a somewhat of a weekly basis! HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY !!!To the mammas who are taking care of, nursing, and raising babies...to the mammas who are holding space for their big babies. Happy Mother’s Day!!! It takes a great strength to hold space for another human in this capacity. It takes great courage to show up not only for yourself but for another spirit. The mother’s of this world are the QUEENS of this world. I fully honor each and every single one of you today!

You will NEVER be ready for a photoshoot. LIKE EVER. This morning I woke up super bloated with two giant pimples on my face. I could have SO easily canceled my personal empowerment photoshoot...but I DIDN’T..... I didn’t because I TRUST the artists on my team. I trust the beautiful @pantheresshairstudio to nail my hair color every time. I trust my talented friends and artist @sarajinkies_mua to perfect my face and curls. I trust my sister @tittots92 to capture the perfect ...angels on camera. I have surrounded myself around an incredible team of artists who take their jobs SO seriously. I honor their talent...and they deliver every fucking time. Moral of the story is...you are a gorgeous fucking beautiful mess. I wanna photograph all of it. All of the imperfect beauty you are. Because it’s so divine. The hardest part about booking your shoot is just simply showing up to your photoshoot!! Leave it up to the artists to create magic! Your beautiful mess IS welcome here.
