Hi Scott Township! We are aware that Scott Topics has come out and want to update some information for you! * Swim Lessons as of now, swim lessons are not happening this summer, however our lifeguards, once open for the season, are available for private individual lessons. Pricing still TBD, but stop in pool office once open.... * Pool Passes Pool passes will be available as of now to residents of Scott Township only. Due to continued decreased capacity, we want to ensure our residents have access. The pool will be open to others using our daily admissions. Pass holders will have early access to the pool to ensure we are not at capacity, please keep an eye on township website and fb pages as we finalize this process. * Pool Hours Our pool will be opening earlier this year! Beginning May 1st, we will be open weekends only from 12-4. * Registration for recreation and pool passes; please keep an eye on social media and township website, hoping to have online registration available to eliminate in person and continue to ensure the safety of our residents by creating opportunities to register in a socially distant manner. There are some updates to be made to the current recreation form, once complete, will again be available online and at the municipal building. We appreciate so much your patience as we strive to bring forth all of the opportunities we know and love in Scott Township in a safe manner and following the latest CDC guidelines which are ever changing. Thank you, Kelli and Steph (your parks and rec directors) https://scott-twp.com/a-word-about-summer-rec-and-scott-po/

Join us for Soup and Sledding Saturday December 19th at Scott Park from noon to 4. Burgh Bites will be joining us and selling quarts of soup to take home after fun in the snow or to just come pick up for a hassle free meal. For every quart purchased a quart will be donated to families in our area. Soup choices are Irish Beef and Veggie Stew and Hearty Ham. Pre orders being accepted at 412-276-0727. Kona Ice will be on hand as well with hot chocolate for purchase and may even ...have a surprise visitor (Shhhhh..Santa) on the truck to take a socially distanced picture. We do ask that you follow all CDC guidelines. Face masks must be worn as well as remaining socially distant. Warming stations will not be available, but the upper restrooms will be. We ask you to use good common sense, with the event being spaced out over 4 hours, it is our goal to have no more than 50 people at a time utilizing the hillside. Even though our start time is at 12, you are able to come at any time! Please drive into and out of the park with caution to ensure the safety of all participants. Most importantly, have fun! See more
