They are generously donating 50% of every sale to the care of our seniors. How does it work?... 1. Choose your favorite photo of your pet. (Only one photo/animal per submission, please.) 2. Decide if you'd like a graphite or digital portrait. 3. Complete and submit the details in the form on our website. 4. Upload the specific photo you would like to have commissioned. 5. On this snowy February morning, we are heartbroken to let you know that Betty White has crossed on to the Rainbow Bridge. She wasn't able to recover from everything her body was putting her through. We want to thank everyone who donated to her care, checked in on her, and, most importantly, her foster family. It really does take a village, and she had the best in them. Please send some light and love to Colleen, who is grieving her best buddy.... We'd also like to think that, somehow, Miss B knew it was time to welcome another little white senior to SPAAR. We'll introduce you to Lexi girl this week. She needs our love and care, too. And, with your help, we can do just that. Rest easy, sweet girl. We miss you like crazy <3

For this #FelineFriday, Butternut Squish (as he's lovingly being called) and his foster family are checking in to update everyone on how he's settling in to SPAAR life. "He has gotten a lot more energy since his first day. He’s still a big napper, but we have gotten him to chase a laser enthusiastically. He’s still eating like a horse, drinking water, and using his box like a champion. He continues to be a big cuddle-mallow and an excellent house guest. His fur has gotten bo...nkers soft since we started brushing him, and the scabs around his ruff are coming off. It’s awesome to watch him healing up."

Betty White, our hospice love, hasn't been feeling herself lately. So she's spending some time in the caring hands of her friends at Pittsburgh Spay & Vaccination Clinic.
