Intro to Swahili!!!

Hello, SLA Families! Are you looking for something healthy and fun to do with your family and friends this Sunday? How about online yoga, from the comfort of your home? Added bonus: it's part of a fundraiser for your child's school! A $15 dollar donation (more is ok) will get you the zoom link for an online all-level yoga and meditation class this Sunday at 10-11:15 a.m. taught by an SLA parent (who also happens to be a yoga instructor) Jeffrey Newburger! So grab your water ...bottles and your yoga mats, tell all of your friends, and join us this Sunday! Jeffrey's a parent of a junior and teaches yoga at Palo Santo Wellness in South Philly. Whether you are new to the practice of yoga or an experienced practitioner this will be a great opportunity to connect with the community, support the HSA and take some time to connect with yourself this weekend. If you are able, please find a quiet spot in your house with room to stretch out on the floor. Yoga mat and props will be useful but not necessary.
