After two years of planning, permitting, and approvals, the Hudson Ridge Townhouse project is about to get underway in York Township, York County. We are looking forward to seeing these new homes take shape!

The future of industrial warehousing development is strong, and at SSA we know this story all too well! Thank you to Central Penn Business Journal for inviting our very own James Snyder to collaborate with Seth Hughes of Mowery and Charles Courtney of McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC on various topics surrounding warehouse planning and development.

We are excited to be working with D&H Distributing Company to begin the development of a 745,200 square-foot warehouse in Lower Swatara Township, Dauphin County.

A brand new Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center on Market Street in the Borough of Lemoyne is soon opening! SSA is proud to have provided land development planning, stormwater design and PennDOT HOP coordination.

SSA Project Engineer Christopher Sokolowski is now a licensed Professional Engineer! Chris has been with SSA for four years and was one of the original team members that started in our York, PA office. Join us in congratulating Chris on his accomplishment!

In this season for giving, SSA is happy to do our part by making donations to better serve the communities in which we belong. Josh George stopped by the York Habitat for Humanity to donate and support this incredible organization that builds safe and affordable homes to families in need.

Happy Holidays from all of us at SSA! Thank you to our valued clients and professional partners for making 2019 another successful year! Our offices will be closed from December 25 December 27 to allow us to spend time with our families. We will re-open on December 30th.

SSA employees and their loved ones had a wonderful night celebrating the Holidays at Level 2 in Harrisburg this past weekend. We are grateful for such an amazing group of employees!

SSA employees from the Harrisburg and York offices are spreading holiday cheer by donating toys to the Harrisburg PA Toys For Tots. New this year, SSA matched all toys that were donated into our collection box making it one of our biggest collections to date!
