Stopped by the Brandon St Parklet and a Squirrel was enjoying treats left by children who helped decorate the tree. If you picked up one of our Grab and go bags to make a decoration and have not added it to the tree yet you still have time. The feathered and furry friends will really enjoy it.

SANTA makes another quick visit to SW Greensburg. Santa knows he missed seeing some of you last night (Dec 4th) so he plans to make a quick visit at the Civic Society Building (424 Brandon St) tonight (Dec 5th) for the Luminary Light Up that was postponed last night because of the rain. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be sitting inside the Civic Society Building between 6:30 and 7:30 for families and children to (socially distance) walk past and wave to him. Please remember to w...ear your masks. AND don't forget to bring a letter for Santa and drop it in his mailbox. Candles will be lit by 6:00 pm and will stay lit until about 10:00 pm. Take some time to walk or drive by. Those who ordered the luminaries are welcome to stop back around 10:00 and pick them up for use again. SW Greensburg Visit from Santa Tonight! Dec 4th. Santa says he had a grand time tonight but wants to apologize because he realizes he did not make it past all of your homes. Because his escort had to ride in his car alone (COVID restrictions) he had the job of driving AND reading Santa's Flight Plan. NOT an easy task. Santa asks that you accept his apology and he wants you to know even though he may have missed seeing you tonight he will NOT miss you come Christmas. Reme...mber to write your letter to Santa and drop it in the Mail Box located next to the Little Lending Library 424 Brandon St. He said he will personally answer your letter. SANTA'S FLIGHT PLAN for residents of Southwest Greensburg. Santa’s Flight Plan 2020 for Southwest Greensburg Santa’s travels will begin at the Fire Hall around 5:30 p.m. tomorrow evening...December 4th It is my understanding it took the Easter Bunny a little over an hour to make his trip earlier this year using this flight plan so looking at the directions attached to this message calculate when Santa may be traveling past your house.... Don’t forget to light up your home with your holiday decorations and/or luminaries so Santa can find you. If you do not have any luminaries there is still time to purchase some.
