Third and final Harrisburg High SciTech class... Like the others we had a blast and luckily no headphone mishaps this time around! I would like to thank all the great kids that came. Hope everyone learned a little and had fun. Also a big thanks to Nate Shirk their teacher! Hope we can do it again sometime!

Second Harrisburg High SciTech class... This time it was the guys turn (except for 1 lonely lady lol ). I think they all had a good time tho the one guys headphones getting wrapped around the pedals was a bit of a bummer. Lesson for the day.... Don't bring head phones to SPIN class... The music is plenty loud anyway! lol

My first Harrisburg High SciTech class. The girls were great and we all had a blast... They had great group rythm! Someone said I was "Cracked' which I think is good! lol

So true of exercise and life in general!
