One of the great things about the pandemic is that allows me time at home to prepare healthy meals and eat when I’m hungry. Even if that’s after my workout at 11:00am! Loved my online ballet class yesterday with a prerecorded @worldwide_ballet_class but needed some reformer today. Did a nice contemplative hour long reformer workout this morning getting my spine to bend in every direction. Even added a gentle spine stretch on the reformer with legs overhead. My body feels great now.

Stretch and lengthen on the Cadillac. There’s nothing else like it !
