The 6th and 7th grade students had fun with their Halloween STREAM challenge. They are constructing bone bridges. In order for the challenge to be a success, their bridge has to hold weight. #smmcproud

3rd grade completed a Map It Out book report. They had to create a map of all the settings in their book! #smmcproud

Students in second grade did a science investigation. The question they had to answer was: How many seeds are in a pumpkin? Using both math and science skills, students hypothesized a number based on what the inside of a pumpkin looks like and felt the pulp and seeds inside the pumpkin. They then used their math skills of counting 10’s and 1’s to count collections of seeds and report their findings! #spookyscience #stream #smmcroud
