Tonight's service call. The wire was not properly installed under the screw. The poor connection finally burned the wire off from what little contact it did have.

Another find this week. The danger of using normal romex outside/underground. Moisture finally got the best of this cable and there was a complete failure. A new piece of UF cable, made for underground applications, was the answer to get things running again.

Unexpected problems can always happen. Unfortunately, some electrical problems create a bigger hazard if let go and not repaired right away. To help with payment flexibility, I am now set up to accept credit and debit card payments.

The importance of tight connections! This wire caused several rooms of a house to not work properly. The oversized lug did not sit tightly on the wire. Over time, the loose connection began to burn the wire but we caught it before any major problems occurred. If you notice flickering lights or if your electrical problems appear and disappear daily, you could have loose connections too.

Over the last several weeks we have been pretty busy behind the scenes. As a few may know, we have established the business as an LLC, all proper insurances are in place, and I am now registered as a home improvement contractor (HIC# PA154367). I appreciate all the support while I get things underway and in order. There are a few projects lined up currently.
