Standup Journal columnist Steve West says "Next time you see a paddler go out without a leash SHOW him or her this shocking video... First guy (DJ) is not wea...ring a leash, but has a GoPro on the back of his board. Next up is the girl that tries to tow the loose board back to him and makes the (possibly fatal) mistake of tying her leash to his board. End resulttwo swimmers very far from shore. Scary to watch just how fast their boards get away from them. ~ s. west. Always wear a leash!!
