I hear the work on Whipple Dam went well, so it should be a great summer at the lake next year. Get a SUP now and make sure you don’t miss any time on the water when the park reopens!

If you haven’t made the trip out and fount our for yourself, Whipple Dam is currently closed for dredging. We will not be any rentals or sup yoga there this year. We may have some classes elsewhere if possible, so stay tuned for any announcements. @ Whipple Dam State Park

Meet Yoga Instructor Taylor O’Connor this weekend for a not-so-grounding SUP Yoga class at Whipple Dam State Park. Classes start at Noon, Sunday and you can reserve your spot on Meetup. Discover a new type of flow with standup paddleboard yoga. Classes will work centering, subtle strength, and cultivating a light-hearted and fun practice. All Levels are encouraged: instruction will include modifications for beginner and intermediate level practice. No experience needed! Class... consists of an hour of yoga instruction followed by 30 minutes of free paddling. Wear clothes you don’t mind getting wet or a swim suit. Classes are $20 (tax included).
