It is always a great eating day when our food service provider Parkhurst Dining has a meeting in the Conference Center. Check out this amazing menu - completely dairy AND gluten free. It was truly delicious - and a shock to everyone during the big reveal at the end of the day. So the answer is - YES - we can accommodate your guests' dietary needs and do it well.
