Sweet Ambition

EBACC is offering a kids cooking and baking series. The January classes kick off next Saturday the 17th. If you have children or grandchildren who like to cook or would enjoy learning how these are fun classes. EBACC Kids Winter Cooking/Baking:... Chefs will be taught kitchen safety and cooking basics including safe food handling, using kitchen tools, and measuring ingredients. Popular Winter comfort foods will be covered. Class includes a cookbook for sharing with family and friends. Chefs are encouraged to bring aprons and wear appropriate kitchen attire. Space is limited so sign up by Thursday January 15, 2015. So excited that my last posting for 2014 was for a wedding cake. The cake is marble w/raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream. The cupcakes are carrot cake. All the snowflakes and roses were hand crafted.

Here are three cakes that I delivered yesterday. Two are for Christmas birthdays, hence the lack of holiday theme, and the last was definitely for the winter holidays.
