Look what rolled out this weekend! The brunchwich... My smoked pulled pork with homemade bbq sauce topped with bacon and a fried egg. With or with out the my pickled red onions is a winner! (Even if it's not brunch time)

I'm over winter! Time to roll out the cobb salad! There's lettuce under all that chicken, bacon, cheese and tomato. I promise!

With the snow day today I had some extra time on my hands. Thursday there will be snickerdoodles, peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, and vegetable beef soup.
