Maggie Mae's Macarons

I forgot to take a picture. Raspberry cheesecake. Creamchrrse frosting border with a Raspberry filling.

Strawberries and champagne. A strawberry and a champagne reduction, (I used frozen strawberries because the fresh ones had 0 flavor) mixed into a marscapone frosting.

Red velvet. Cream cheese frosting with actual red velvet cake mix incorporated into the frosting. This one is one of my favorites now.
