Just so you understand what it’s all about, it’s a begin...ner-intermediate fitness class that includes hip hop dancing, with certain songs focusing on different target areas. For my January playlist, I have warm up, 1 technique song to help people get a feel for how I teach, 1 song for butt+ leg workout, 2 cardio songs, 2 full body workout songs, 1 ab targeted song, then a cool down! These songs were approved and picked out by a 6 year old I have a few spots left for Thursday @ 5-6 PM !! YOGA STUDIO UPDATE #3 : THANK YOU shout out to Doug Kline !!!!! Doug will have our studio completed by the first of the year !!!!!! ... Hannah and I are SO excited !! We have 13 Aerial Silks coming in! (12 plus one instructor) They will be hung 6 feet apart and 6 feet from walls (the whole way around!). We will have the floor marked out for mats for 6 feet apart so we can offer Tribal Flow (Chakra openers) and Buti, Bands & Silks (Cardio and Tone). We are so grateful once again for Leah Whiteman and her help in making this happen! We are just as grateful, for all of you and your Patience, with our transitions during this COVID ever changing 2020 year. Looking for a Christmas Gift?
