The Eye Institute 13.11.2020

The Eye Institute has made the decision to permanently close our East Falls site, which has been closed since March due to the pandemic. We hope you will continue to choose The Eye Institute for your future eye care needs at either our East Oak Lane or Chestnut Hill sites. If you choose to do so, your continued care will be seamless, including access to your medical history and, in many cases, the same doctor. To make an appointment, please use the same number you have always... used 215.276.6000. For more information, please visit www.SalusUhealth.com/TEI. If you would prefer to transition your eye care to a provider outside the Salus University Health system, please call us at 215.276.6000 and follow the prompts to the Medical Records section (select 4 and 2) to have your records transferred. Once again, as a valued patient, we thank you for choosing The Eye Institute for your eye care needs and hope to see you soon at our East Oak Lane or Chestnut Hill clinical facilities.

"I have been a patient at the Eye Institute for several decades. The service is outstanding! Dr. Kelly Malloy in the Specialty Suite provides and supervises my healthcare. She always has a professional demeanor and collaborates with her colleagues, that are also outstanding, to make sure that I am getting the best possible care available. She also takes the time to review my history and the results of my current examinations and test results. Dr. Malloy will also communicate with my primary care doctor which is essential to meet my specific needs. I know I could not get better service anywhere else!"
