Welcome to Studio 42 Design's new home. This is where the design revolution begins!

One of my first project is a residential first floor renovation. My client requested that the entry give a clear path into their home, to have a open floor plan living room/kitchen, and have a small in home office space. To accomplish their requests I moved the kitchen from the middle of the house to the space that was the existing dining room, moved the existing powder room opening the entry and creating a foyer, and was able to incorporate a quiet space for a small office space. Creating a space that will accommodate my clients needs was accomplished without moving any load bearing walls and with minimal demolition of existing walls and construction of new walls, which in turn keeps the budget friendly.
