Our prayers have been answered The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has unanimously ruled in favor of the Notorious Galdo Parcel Thank you to all who have supported me, and wished me well and kept me in your prayers! Hi all, I know it’s been awhile since I posted any updates but these things take time. My case went to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania on Wednesday the 15th, 7 Supreme Court justices heard my case. The court proceedings can be seen tonight on PCN Supreme Court tv tonight at 7pm Comcast channel 186. I am first on the docket. At this point we need to keep our fingers crossed and prayers going strong that the court rules in favor of the little guy that just up-kept an abandoned property for almost 3 decades.

The supreme court of Pennsylvania accepted the cities appeal,my case is going to Harrisburg. Here we go round 3! This year will be 30 years on the Galdo parcel.I can not live here with my family without it! I’d like to thank all my Family,Friends & Supporters of my case it means the world to me and my family! Happy holiday!

Well that was a short lived victory. The city is asking for an allowance for an appeal. There is no guarantee that they will get it but it is the city of philly that we’re dealing with.

Thanks for the support everyone. We won this round! The commonwealth court has ruled in my favor and the city can not be immune from adverse possession cases.
