It’s #FarmIncubatorFriday! And we are excited to introduce you to Kegan Hilaire, who will be launching Blackbird Farms in the incubator this season! Blackbird Farms, which will be pursuing organic certification, will be producing a wide variety of veggies for sale via its Farm Share program, at farmers’ markets, and to local restaurants. Says Kegan, who trained at Rodale Institute: Blackbird Farms hopes to serve as a hub for our local community to bond, (soon) gather, and eat!
