Thank you to all of my customers for your generous donations! The Sink raised the most funds for our community!! I also wanted to say how proud I am of my little guy and of our community! Together we raised over $1500 for local charities! You all are amazing!!

Italian Wedding Soup Cream of Wild Mushroom Salad Course w/ Warm Bread and Olive Oil Dipping Plate: Classic Caesar with Homemade Croutons Mixed Salad Greens with Diced Beets, Herbed Goat Cheese, Candied Walnuts and Balsamic Vinaigrette House Salad with Choice of Dressing (Caesar, Balsamic, Ranch, Raspberry Vinaigrette) I hope that you folks are getting as excited about this as I am!!! Valentines Day Dinner Information! I will try to post a little sneak peak each week leading up to the date that tickets go on sale! This week...The Appetizer Selection... (In addition to the formal in person dining experience, I will also be offering a fresh dinner option for Friday evening pickup. More details on that to come...)... Date-Saturday, February 13. Pushing for a 7 O'clock seating. Location-Manheim. Exact Details to come later! There will be a menu selection offered to the guests prior to the dinner. You will get to choose one from each of the FIVE courses, per person. Appetizer Selection: Wild Mushroom and Goat Cheese Crostini with Balsamic Reduction Drizzle Sweet and Spicy Jumbo Butter Prawns over Microgreens Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio with Horseradish Aioli and Shaved Parmesan I am telling you guys, you do NOT want to miss this! There will be very limited seating and once the 4 pairs of tickets are sold, you will need to wait for the next event!!
